WOW! I see why is it a contender - a lot of great features. With the angle of the photo I couldn't tell how you would place your couch. And it seemed their choice of furniture arrangement in the master bedroom was...different. Was it really large furniture or is the room narrow? Every house has it, but I must admit I had a good laugh when I saw the "hand-painted" tile in the bathroom - its a reminder of your Florida roots, Girl. Can't wait to hear more about this adventure.
